Lost or Stolen Card

Reporting and replacing a lost or stolen card.

If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, call MasterCard Member Security at 1-888-241-2510 (domestic) or 1-909-941-1398 (international).

After reporting your lost or stolen card to MasterCard, please call GCCU to order a replacement card. You will receive your new card and PIN in the mail within 7-10 business days. You will need to change any automatic and recurring payments to your new card.
