If we detect unusual activity on your card, we may suspect fraud and decline your transactions or block your card from being used. Prevent your card from being declined or blocked while traveling by setting a travel notification.
Travel notifications can be used anytime you are traveling outside of your region and can be set up before your departure date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us prevent fraud.
You can set a travel notification by calling your branch and following the prompts in the automated telephone system below or visiting a GCCU branch location.
You will be asked to provide the following information to set a travel notification:
Name (as it appears on your card)
Last 4 digits of card number
Travel dates (start & end)
Contact information while traveling
