ScoreCard Rewards is a rewards program that gives you one point for every $2 you spend. Points can be redeemed for a variety of items, such as merchandise, airfare, hotel stays, gift cards and more. Points never expire, and you can use your points at any time as long as your account is in good standing.

FAQs

No paperwork or activation code required! You are automatically enrolled in the ScoreCard Rewards program when you are issued a GCCU credit or debit card. ATM cards are not eligible for the program.

When using your GCCU credit or debit card for purchases, select “credit” when prompted on the pinpad. “Debit” and other PIN based transactions are not eligible for points. Always remember to “swipe and sign” when making a purchase. You will earn points based on qualifying purchases, less any returns or credits, as long as your account is in good standing.

Householding means that the points earned on various credit and debit card qualifying purchases can be combined under one account. For example, if both a husband and wife have a GCCU credit and debit card, the points earned from the 4 different cards can be combined and managed under one account.

To household multiple cards under one account, have the cards available and log into your ScoreCard Rewards account, then select “householding application”. Cards issued to family members are not automatically householded and each card must be added individually to the ScoreCard account.

You may order awards anytime during the program as long as your account is in good standing and you have enough points to redeem the requested award. Simply log on to your account at ScoreCard Rewards or call 800-854-0790 to redeem your points.

The ScoreCard Rewards website disables user access if the account has not been logged on to for a period of time. If you have created an account but are denied access, please have your card ready and call 800-854-0790.

You can have available points earned under your old card transferred to your new card. Simply contact us and request that your points be transferred. Points are not automatically transferred when a replacement card is issued.
